Michelle Green

Michelle Green, founding partner, has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1984. She is licensed in Texas and Florida and has earned professional designations as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Business Manager (CBM), and a Forensic Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) as well.
Michelle gained diverse experience during her career in banking, mortgage lending, and public accounting. Her professional tenure involved work in many areas including general accounting, taxes, payroll and human resources, budgeting, business acquisitions, controllership functions, internal audit, regulatory reporting, treasury and cash management, financial statement preparation and analysis, and other business disciplines.

Since starting the public accounting firm, Green and Gentry, CPAS, P.C. formerly known as Michelle E. Green, CPA, P.C. in 2001, Michelle has put much of her expertise to work in serving the needs of the firm’s accounting and tax clients. Additionally, she has provided consulting services related to Sarbanes-Oxley internal control reviews, policies and procedures, and loan reviews for other companies.
